NIK'S BLEND
Nik’s Blend uses Saphir and Eclipse hops, with floral, citrus and tropical fruit character, resulting in mandarin, apricot and muscat wine flavours, with a punchy, bright acidity and a full bodied, drying finish.
Tasked with creating two unique dry hopped blends, our brewers Nik and Nar went to work searching for creative hop combinations and selecting barrels that perfectly compliment these hops. The result is two drastically different, exciting blends of 1, 2 & 3 year Spontaneous Fermentation barrels that reflect the brewers’ own tastes.
