Welcome to Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company - Now available in the US!

Dry hopping is a process where we add fresh, pelletized hops for a set amount of time to a blend of beer that has finished fermentation. This process imparts the flavours and aromas of the hops without adding excessive bitterness.
We make a few dry hopped beers every year at our brewery, the Monolith. We really enjoy the flavour profile of fresh, bright hops with the acidity and fruitiness of our beers. We’ve also found that we can develop great hop character with lower hopping rates than other beers. In terms of hop choice we like to combine at least two different hop varieties, and often these are different origins. For example in our Dry Hop Series: Galaxy & Saaz (uses historic Czech hop (Saaz) and a modern Australian hop (Galaxy). We find this method of combination creates the most interesting and delicious beers.
On October 24, 2026 we’re going to be hosting a very special day at our brewery – our second annual Open Brew Day! It’s a free, community focused event that will allow fans of our beer to join us as we brew. Enjoy this rare opportunity to get behind the scenes and watch us brew a batch of our beer that will be fermented in barrels and eventually blended into one of our bottle releases. We’re very excited to have you join us and get behind the scenes as we brew.
At this year’s World Beer Awards, Blind Enthusiasm took home two of the most coveted titles beer: World’s Best Gueuze for Grand Manifesto, and World’s Best Kriek for Fruitful Pursuits: Cherry!
